[졸업] 2026 여름 학위증서(학위기) 배부 안내

1. 학위증서 배부

1) 배부 장소: 성균관대학교 N센터 86420호(에너지과학과 사무실)

2) 배부 일정: 8월 25일(화)~

3) 배부 시간: 오전 10시 ~ 오후 5시 ※ 휴일 및 점심시간(12:00~ 13:00): 미운영

4) 유의사항

① 학위증서는 졸업증명서와 달리 1회만 발급이 되고 추가발급이 불가하오니 분실에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

② 현장배부의 경우 졸업생의 신분증(학생증, 주민등록증, 여권 등)을 지참 시 가족 또는 친구 등 지인을 통한 대리수령이 가능합니다.

③ 에너지과학과는 우편배송을 하지 않으니 참조하시기 바랍니다.

2. 졸업축하 야외 포토존 운영 안내

1) 운영기간: 8월 18일(화) ~ 8월 26(수)

2) 설치 장소: [인사캠] 경영관 앞 금잔디광장 / [자과캠] 삼성학술정보관 앞 잔디광장

3. 학위복 대여/졸업증명서 발급: 붙임 문서 참조

1. Distribution of Degree Certificates

1) Distribution Location: Room 86420, N Center, Sungkyunkwan University (Department of Energy Science Office)

2) Distribution schedule: Tuesday, August 25 onward

3) Distribution hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed on holidays and during lunch break (12:00–13:00)

4) Notes

① Unlike a graduation certificate, the degree certificate is issued only once and cannot be issued again,

so please be careful not to lose it.

② In the case of on-site distribution, if the graduate brings their ID

(student ID, resident registration card, passport, etc.),

they may receive it on their behalf through a family member, friend, or other acquaintance.

③ Please note that the Department of Energy Science does not use postal delivery.

2. Notice on the Operation of an Outdoor Photo Zone for Graduation Celebrations

1) Operation Period: Tuesday, August 18 – Wednesday, August 26

2) Installation locations: [Humanities Campus] Geumjandi Plaza in front of the Business Building

/ [Natural Sciences Campus] Lawn in front of the Samsung Academic Information Center

3. Degree uniform rental / issuance of graduation certificate: See attached documents
